aside from King Rama II Memorial Park, Amphawa is also famous for its floating market. while the market is vibrant and bustling on the weekends, i like this place for its charm and authenticity on weekdays, when the crowds are gone and the commotions die down. hope you all dig the pix =)

Tarad Rodfai flea market is probably my favorite place to visit in Bangkok. located at the old train station right next to Chatuchak Weekend Market, it offers old furniture, knick knacks, retro items, collectibles, and lots of vintage and vintage-inspired clothing. compared to Chatuchak Weekend Market, this night market has a more local feel to it. if you’re a vintage lover like me, or simply looking for a more authentic thai shopping experience, definitely check out Tarad Rodfai ♥
Tarad Rodfai Flea Market
Opening Hours: 4 -12pm every Sat & Sun
Location: There is no official address to this night market. If you get off at Kampaeng Phet metro station, take exit 1, you see will lots of furniture stores, walk in that direction for 10 minutes and you will end up at the flea market. Alternatively, if you were at Chatuchak Weekend Market during the day, just ask for directions =)
