hi loves! i hope you all had a wonderful christmas =) here’s an outfit i put together for the end of the year. i decided to stop being a bag lady for a brief moment and opted for a more sophisticated look this holiday season. so i have a combination of vintage (top) and modern (bottom), as well as softness and edge.

and since this will likely be the last post of 2012, i want to take this opportunity to say… a hundred thank yous to each and every one of you, sweet friends, for taking the time to read, comment, and “like” my little blog. and for inspiring me every minute of every day… THANK YOU ♥

this winter, i’m falling in love with this men’s geometric print sweater all over again! i can’t begin to tell you just how cozy and warm this sweater makes me feel when i wear it. i even wear it just bumming around at home =P for this outfit i added a short skirt on the bottom for a more girly feel. i also layered a shirt underneath the sweater and let the crochet lace collar peep through. and of course i wore my trusted beanie and oxfords! in the end i get this laid-back casual look with a bit of girly touch to it, which i think is great for those lazy winter days ♥
