So back in August I was invited to participate in this new campaign for Woolmark called “Fashion by Feelings”. Many of you lovelies might already know about this, so I won’t talk your ears off. For those who don’t already know about this fun lookbook campaign, I would like to share it with you and give you a little bit of background.
In short, Woolmark started the “Find Fashion by Feelings” campaign to encourage us to wear wool and appreciate its great versatility. They are inviting users to post their favorite wool looks into one of 12 “Feelings” categories. Users are then encouraged to vote for the outfits they love the most. Person with the most ‘loved’ look will win a AUD $12,000 holiday & wool experience. If you decide not to upload a look, you can still participate simply by voting. All voters are entered into a weekly draw to win an Emu Australia wool prize pack worth AUD $400.
The competition ends late this month so there’s still time to participate. If this sounds fun to you, definitely enter and check out some really awesome wool looks around the world! While you’re at it, please check out my wool look and cast a vote my way ♥

Hello loves! So just when I thought fall is right around the corner, the temperature goes up to the highest this summer. I honestly cannot wait to wear long sweaters again (if you follow me on twitter you know it’s because I have been buying TOO many), but instead of sulking, I’m going to throw open my windows and wear those pretty, airy pieces while I still can! I feel that I might be a bit late in the game wearing pleated chiffon skirts, but it could actually be a great transitional piece from summer to fall. Add a light jacket or sweater, that’d be appropriate for the cooler temperature, no?

i made this collar necklace out of faux leather my friend Rita had sent me. instant peter pan collar! what do you think?
happy september! the final days of summer upon us, and right around the corner are the busy days of fall and winter. while still holding on to the last little bit of warm weather, i also start to work on wearing pants and leggings again on a regular basis. i quite like the laid-back version of well-tailored women’s trousers you see everywhere this year. comfortable but not sloppy, polished but not uptight. i love my new trousers for that interesting shot of creamy green color, and the beautiful paperbag waist ♥
i live in vancouver and taipei. i love guitar and roadtrips. sunshine and the beach. cupcakes and coffee. indie music and foreign films. i want to scuba dive at the great barrier reef and speak french in paris.
