Red
cin cin!
i fell for this red sweater as soon as i laid eyes on it… but i almost didn’t get it because i usually hate wearing bright red! now i can’t imagine my closet without it! this happens sometimes, when you find something at a thrift store that’s sort of ugly but wonderful at the same time… and you aren’t even sure that you like it, but it ends up being a wardrobe staple for years to come. i love it when that happens =)

Thanks Andrea! =)
Hi Annie,
I love your blog post. Anyway, I have just moved to Vancouver a couple of weeks ago. I’m wondering if you can recommend me the places to shop (including the thrift shop).
Thank you in advance & have a great day 🙂

Welcome to Vancouver Michelle!
if you like consignment and vintage stores, definitely go to Main Street! I personally find Front & Company a pleasant place to shop. and go to Yaletown or Gastown for lovely boutiques =)
if you’re into thrift store shopping, there are many value vintage and salvation army locations all over Vancouver!
also, true value vintage on Robson is having a closing sale, they carry both new and vintage items!
hope that helps x
Red looks great on you! I understand what you mean though – I feel like red is a very attention grabbing color too. I rarely wear super bold colors like that because I sorta prefer to not stand out haha 😛

I love this look, esp the sweater and wedges. Can’t believe those are forever 21!
P.S. I love the nail color as well, I have a similar shade. 😉
