i did a wee bit of traveling right outside of taichung over the weekend . i love the simplicity of the countryside and getting close to animals i never see in my daily life. it’s sad that sometimes we travel the whole world and take our own backyards for granted. so with the recession biting down and the stress of modern life wouldn’t it be great to just get away to the country for a relaxing weekend and chill out amid the quiet life? x
it’s starting to feel fallish around here. it was a strange transition. one day it was awfully hot and humid, the next day it rained for 2 minutes, and everything was changed. now a windier, milder, crisper version of october. it’s still too warm to be wearing most of the stuff i adore, but i’m beginning to work on putting myself in the mindset of layering and wearing jeans and darker clothes again on a regular basis.
